Eric is a follower of Jesus Christ, husband, dad, and pastor. He came to saving faith

in junior high and sensed God's call to ministry while in high school. He received his B.A. in

Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and then his Master of Divinity

from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA. He was ordained in

January 2018. He has served in churches in Wisconsin, Boston, Vancouver Island, and

Montana. He was installed as TRBC's first full-time teaching pastor on August 28, 2022.

Eric met his bride, Jordan, while she was on a mission trip to Boston. There were married

in 2011 and have five children. He enjoys preaching the gospel and worshiping Jesus

in song. He loves spending time with his family - playing with his children, camping,

road trips, reading together, daily family worship, and the culinary talents of his beloved.

Our prayer for every gathering is that you would feel warmly welcomed and that you would leave our gathering having seen and savored God's glory in His radical love expressed through the finished work of Jesus Christ on Calvary.

Attending a new church for the first time can be an awkward experience. How are things done? Will the people be friendly? How do folks dress and more? We strive to be a warm and welcoming community in casual dress, but with a joyfully reverent approach to the Lord in corpoate worship.

In 2016 four couples responded by faith to God's call to plant TRBC in the  Clearwater Valley. Their vision was for a church faithful to the gospel, sound in reformed doctrine, committed to believer's baptism, and led by a plurality of servant leaders. About 60 folks call us their church home!
